NETeller
NETeller is an online money transfer service. Opening a NETeller account is like using an online wallet. NETeller is available to people worldwide (except certain countries as per NETeller's restrictions).
Registering a NETeller Account
If you do not have a NETeller Account, visit www.neteller.com and click "Sign up now for your FREE NETeller Account!" Follow the on-screen instructions.
Once you have created your account, log into NETeller and choose one of the following options to deposit funds to your NETeller account.
Electronic Funds Transfer can be used to move funds directly from your bank account into your NETeller Account. Register and verify a US bank account with NETeller in order to make this type of deposit. EFT deposits usually take 2 - 4 business days to enter your NETeller Account.
Bank Deposits can be made through any Bank of America or Citibank branch.
Credit Card deposits can be made directly from within the NETeller site. A processing fee will be deducted from the amount you request.
instaCASH is available with NETeller once an account has been created and verified bank account is provided. instaCASH has similar deposit options to NETeller.
Using NETeller
Once you have a NETeller account containing funds:
- Go to the Cashier section of a casino and click "Deposit".
- Select NETeller as your deposit method.
- Select NETeller regular deposit or NETeller instaCASH.
- Enter the amount you would like to transfer from your NETeller account to your casino account.
- Enter your NETeller Account and Secure ID (and Bank Account # if you have selected instaCASH).
- Click "Proceed".
- Review your transaction and click "Confirm".
- Approved funds should immediately be credited to casino account.
Transaction Reporting
It is important to keep a record of all of your NETeller transactions. To help you maintain these records you should be aware that your NETeller deposits and withdrawals are recorded and reported on your ECash Direct statement.
FirePay
FirePay is a deposit and withdrawal method that enables users to transfer money from their FirePay Personal account to their casino account and withdraw back to their FirePay Personal account. It is a Web-based account that works like a debit card - you deposit money into your FirePay Personal account and then use the money to purchase goods and services online. There are no fees to register or deposit money and FirePay is currently available to users with US Dollar bank accounts in the United States. This may change, so please visit www.firepay.com for more information.

Citadel is a deposit and withdrawal method that enables users to transfer money from their bank accounts using Citadel to casino account and withdraw back to their bank accounts using Citadel.

TeleBuy and Basic 900pay
TeleBuy
TeleBuy enables you to deposit funds to your casino account. Basic 900pay
Basic 900pay enables you to deposit funds to your casino account. Basic 900pay is a secure, hassle-free method of deposit offering a simple payment system that charges the deposit to your phone bill - no credit card or bank account required. There are no hidden fees or long-distance charges when using Basic 900pay. All Basic 900pay charges will appear on your phone bill as "NAVAHONTWRKS".
TeleBuy and Basic 900pay are currently available for US users only with US Dollar bank accounts in the United States.
For Basic 900pay you must ensure there is no 900-service block on your line. To test toll-free, call 1-900-993-4141 to determine whether you can get through to 900-numbers. If 900-calls are blocked on your line, contact your service provider to have this removed. (You do not need to do this for TeleBuy.)

Certified Cheque / Money Order
You can often deposit funds into your casino account by certified cheque or money order. The process involved is exactly the same for both.

Electronic Cheque Processing / ECP (ACH)
Casino's agreements differ depending on what payment methods they use and therefore we suggest that you check with your chosen casino.
ECash Direct offers you two agreements with regards to setting up an electronic link between your VIP ECash Direct account and your bank. You can enjoy the convenience of electronic withdrawals and deposits between your VIP ECash Direct account and your bank or only choose to have electronic deposits made to your bank from your VIP ECash Direct account.
Using ECP

Wire Transfer
Once you click on 'Cashier' in the casino software and select 'Deposit'. Then please choose the 'Wire Transfer' deposit method to obtain the details you require to complete the transfer from your bank.
